We empower diverse Jewish teens to work together and share personal experiences with non-Jewish peers to increase understanding and dispel stereotypes.

History Of
Student to Student

Student to Student is an educational outreach program under the Be The Narrative organization that helps increase the understanding of Judaism and reduce stereotypes among high school students.

Interactive presentations are delivered by a group of three to four teens representing the Reform, Conservative, and Orthodox branches of Judaism in both public and parochial schools. Topics include:

The branches of Judaism / The Jewish holidays / The Sabbath / The Jewish life cycle / Jewish dietary practices / The Hebrew language / The Holocaust / Israel

Students are encouraged to ask questions of the presenters. Lively student-to-student discussions and demonstrations help bring the various topics to life.
